The four-column universal hydraulic press adopts a three-beam, four-column structure. Its hydraulic system uses integrated cartridge valve control and is equipped with an independent and reliable electrical control system. This hydraulic press is versatile and suitable for various forming processes such as extrusion, bending, flanging, and stretching. It can also mold various plastic and powder products.

This hydraulic press supports both fixed stroke and fixed pressure forming processes and is equipped with pressure-holding and delay functions. It is widely applicable and offers good economic benefits.

When used for blanking or punching processes, it should be equipped with a stamping buffer device to eliminate or reduce impact and noise during material shearing.

We determine the packaging method based on the size of the machine you order. Of course, we also consider the safety of the machine during transportation and aim to save on packaging and shipping costs for you.
For smaller machines, we will wrap the machine in plastic film, then pack it into a wooden crate, followed by shipping it via container consolidation.
For larger machines, we will place the machine directly into a container and use the entire container for shipping.
For exceptionally large machines that exceed the container size, we will choose to use an open-top container or disassemble the machine and then pack it into a container for shipping.
We offer both sea and land transportation services, with the specific choice depending on the destination of the machine you order.

Our typical lead time is about 30 days for samples and 30 to 60 days for bulk production after receiving the deposit. This timeframe begins once the deposit is received and the final product specifications are confirmed. 3.Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods such as bank transfer, Western Union, and PayPal. Generally, we require a 30% advance deposit, with the remaining 70% due upon presentation of the bill of lading copy.
