Product Description

Gray bucket truck tensile hydraulic press adopts three-beam and four-column structure, with easy operation, reliable work, and according to the specific requirements of the molding process to increase the corresponding auxiliary devices, in order to adapt to the production of more complex parts. Gray truck stretching hydraulic press structure is simple and economical, it consists of the upper beam, slide, table, column, master cylinder, hydraulic power system and electrical system and other components. It is characterized by spacious working space, simple structure and good workmanship.
The bucket of the ash bucket truck includes the bucket body composed of front side, left side, back side, right side and bottom side, and the bucket body can be formed by stamping and stretching one-piece molding method, which has the features of high production efficiency, less defective bucket truck molding, no welding, one-time molding, and high appearance flatness. Stretch molding ash bucket car bucket commonly used 315 tons, 400 tons, 500 tons of four-column tensile hydraulic press.

The production process of ashtray truck buckets includes: stretching, dropping, molding, and crimping. One kind of process needs one kind of mold. The main feature of the stretching mold for ash hopper truck bucket is that the upper mold adopts the convex mold which is similar to the inner cavity of the bucket, and the crimping and lower mold adopts the crimping and concave molds which are similar to the outer edge of the upper mouth of the bucket, and the bucket made by this mold has the advantages of fast molding, no weld, no seam, no leakage, and durability compared to the existing production structure of the ash hopper truck bucket.
