Absolutely, we offer a range of documents such as Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, insurance details, origin certificates, and other vital export paperwork.

2. What's the typical lead time?
For samples, it's around 30 days, while mass production usually takes between 30 to 60 days from receipt of the deposit. Our lead times commence upon deposit receipt and final product approval. If our lead times don't align with your schedule, please discuss with your designated sales representative. We aim to accommodate your needs whenever possible.

3. Which payment methods do you support?
We accept payments via bank transfer, Western Union, or PayPal. Our standard terms involve a 30% deposit upfront, with the remaining 70% balance payable upon presentation of the B/L copy.

4. What are the product warranty terms?
Our commitment covers both materials and workmanship. Even outside the warranty period, we strive to address and resolve all customer concerns for complete satisfaction.

5. Can you ensure the safe delivery of products?
Certainly, we employ high-quality export packaging for secure delivery. Specialized packing is used for hazardous goods, and validated cold storage shippers are utilized for temperature-sensitive items. However, specific packaging needs may result in additional charges.
