1.SNC-21 is mainly designed for controlling the pendulum shearing machine. It provides automatic positioning control for the backgauge position of the pendulum shearing machine with a regular motor, and automatically controls the single/continuous cutting action of the shearing machine according to the input signal requirements. 

2.The parameter selection can be set to single-sided or double-sided positioning mode, and the single-sided positioning mode can effectively eliminate the backlash of the fuse rod transmission.

3.The system has a soft limit function and power-off position memory function. The display scaling factor can be set based on the lead of the screw and the transmission ratio. The display scaling factor can also be automatically calculated by the CNC system through the digital operation function, which is very convenient to operate.

4.It also has a multi-step programming function to avoid interference between the backgauge device and the workpiece, reducing wear. The system is equipped with password protection.
