This CNC Vertical Lathe has the following characteristics:
1.The base, column, and slide of the machine tool are all made of high-grade gray cast iron, and have undergone tempering treatment to ensure the machine tool has high strength and long-term accuracy stability in use.
2.The machine tool employs a roller-type linear guide with ultra-high rigidity and super-heavy load capacity. This significantly improves the positioning accuracy and load-bearing capacity of the machine tool's longitudinal and transverse feed motions.
3.The servo main motor is connected to the spindle through a synchronous toothed belt, ensuring the repetitive positioning accuracy of the workpiece. It offers stepless speed control with a wide speed range to meet different requirements for spindle speed in rough and precision machining of various components.
4.Both longitudinal and transverse feeds are controlled by high-power servo motors for automatic feeding. A load balancing mechanism is installed in the longitudinal feed to effectively reduce the load on the screw, greatly extending the life cycle of the screw.
5.The support at both ends of the longitudinal and transverse ball screws of the machine tool adopts imported double-row bearings, significantly improving and ensuring the machining accuracy of the machine tool on components.
6.The machine tool employs an adjustable electric lubrication pump for intermittent automatic lubrication of various parts, ensuring the lubrication of all guides and screws and guaranteeing the precision of all moving parts.
7.The tool holder of the machine tool adopts a horizontal or vertical multi-station CNC tool holder for one-time clamping of tools, reducing tool change time and greatly improving work efficiency.
8.The upper end of the spindle can be equipped with a rotary table or hydraulic chuck according to user requirements. The lower end of the spindle can be equipped with a rotary oil cylinder, which comes in single-piston and double-piston options. The single-piston cylinder can be used to control the tool fixture clamping the workpiece or control the hydraulic chuck. The double-piston cylinder controls the hydraulic chuck in one cylinder and the fixture clamping the workpiece in the other.
