Product Description

Wood chip pallet hydraulic press is specially used for molding all kinds of wood chip pallets, bamboo and plastic pallets, wood-plastic pallets, plastic pallets in one molding. It is widely used in logistics, warehousing, transportation and other fields as a bearing tool for goods stacking and transportation.

The main components of the wood chip pallet molding hydraulic press include the main machine, hydraulic system and electrical system.

1. Main machine: including upper beam, ram, column and so on, these parts form a solid frame.

2. Hydraulic system: It is responsible for providing power to press and solidify the wood chip mixture in the mold through the pressure transfer of the hydraulic system.

3. Electrical system: responsible for controlling the whole pressing process and ensuring that the operations are carried out according to the predetermined program.
 Wood Chip Pallet Hydraulic Press is based on the high pressure characteristics of the hydraulic system. A mixture of pre-treated wood chips and binder is injected into the mold through the strong pressure provided by the hydraulic system. Under the combined effect of high temperature and high pressure, the wood chips and binder rapidly solidify to form a strong and durable wood chip pallet. The whole pressing process includes several steps such as pressurization, pressure limiting, downward pressure, pressure holding, timing, pressure unloading, and demoulding, which are usually done automatically by PLC control system to ensure the production efficiency and product quality stability.

We accept payment via bank transfer, Western Union, or PayPal. The payment terms are typically a 30% deposit in advance, with the remaining 70% balance due against the copy of B/L.
