This press machine utilizes high strength 45 grade steel plates as the primary material. These plates are equivalent to S45C in Japanese standards, 1045 in U.S. standards and C45 in German standards. The 45 grade steel offers higher strength and deformation resistance compared to lower grade steels, enabling the press to withstand the high tonnage forces during operation.

T-shaped groove

For ease of mold installation in future use, the hydraulic pad has been engraved with a convenient T-shaped groove. This simplifies the process and makes it more efficient.
