Of course, we offer a variety of documentation, including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, insurance particulars, origin certificates, and any other essential export documents.

For samples, the lead time is approximately 30 days. For mass production, it typically ranges from 30 to 60 days following receipt of the deposit payment. Our lead times begin upon receipt of your deposit and final product approval. Should our lead times not align with your deadlines, please discuss your requirements with your designated sales representative. We endeavor to accommodate your needs whenever feasible.

3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via bank transfer, Western Union, or PayPal. The customary payment terms involve a 30% deposit upfront, with the remaining 70% balance payable upon presentation of the copy of the B/L.

4. What are the terms of product warranties?
