The hydraulic cylinder adopts a piston structure, with key sealing components using imported seals that are resistant to aging and offer excellent sealing performance. The cylinder body is made of 45# forged steel and treated with hard chrome plating on the surface, providing characteristics of scratch resistance and leak resistance.
We use precision seamless steel pipes, which have a longer lifespan compared to traditional oil pipes and higher pressure-bearing capacity. Hard pipe connections prevent oscillation and looseness at joints. The sealing ring is a combination sealing gasket, with rubber on the inner layer and copper on the outer layer. After the rubber ring wears out, secondary sealing can be achieved by tightening the copper ring, reducing production and maintenance costs.
High-quality round steel is polished and processed with an external cylindrical grinder, then surface plated with hard chrome to ensure hardness and smoothness. The columns undergo medium-frequency quenching, significantly enhancing hardness, reducing damage during operation and transportation, and extending service life.
The lower surface of the sliding beam and the upper surface of the worktable are sequentially rough-milled by a large floor-type milling machine and then finish-milled by a CNC gantry milling machine to ensure the surface flatness and parallelism, thereby guaranteeing the precision of product forming.
Both the worktable and the sliding beam are equipped with T-slots for convenient and rapid installation and replacement of molds.
The worktable is equipped with an ejection rod for convenient demolding after the pressing process.
The electrical control box is equipped with a hydraulic pressure gauge on its surface for convenient monitoring of the pressure during the hydraulic machine's operation. Inside, it is fitted with a PLC device, which, when programmed, can automate the production process of the hydraulic machine.
The stroke control switch allows for fixed-distance movement of the hydraulic machine's sliding beam, eliminating the need for a complete pressing cycle, thereby increasing production efficiency.
The hydraulic oil filter can reduce the frequency of shutdowns for maintenance due to the ingestion of impurities into the hydraulic oil during operation.
The use of high-quality integrated cartridge valves reduces the number of connection points, effectively preventing leakage of hydraulic oil.

We usually require about 30 days for samples and between 30 to 60 days for mass production after the deposit is paid.
