315/400/500/630/800/1000Ton cow animal mineral licking salt block press machine is the professional forming equipment for animal salt block.The shape and size can be customized by customers' requirements.Such as round and square. Logo is also available made on the salt block.

Salt block press  is a kind of hydraulic press machine but with difference from ordinary press machine,it's four beams structure with stroke limit switch to control height of animal salt lick block.So it means the salt block height is adjustable.2-25kg or more weight mineral salt block can be made by the salt block press machine with mold.

1. Mainframe: consists of frame, hydraulic cylinder, mould, supporting mould and punch.
2. Hydraulic pump station: consists of motor, hydraulic valve, oil road block and tubing.
3. Electrical control cabinet: composed of electrical control system and text display.
